Paper Requirements


Papers should be written in English

Since the working language of SYRCoSE is English, all papers must be written and presented in English.


Papers should comply with ACM/IEEE format

All submissions should be in the ACM/IEEE format (templates).

If you use LaTeX, choose the conference class:


Page numbers should not be displayed

Regardless of whether LaTeX or Microsoft Word are used, be sure that page numbers are not displayed.

Author Name and Organization Address

First name should be specified instead of initials:

Address information should be provided:

Citations should be enumerated as they appear in the text

The references in the bibliography should be sorted according to the order they are cited in the text.

Non-Roman references should be transliterated

The references should be in Roman alphabet. To reference a non-Roman alphabetic source, transliterate the title and authors names using the BSI rules (online service).

Author A.A., Author B.B., Author C.C. Title of article. Title of journal, 2007, vol. 10, no. 2, pp. 3-7.

Avtor A.A., Avtor B.B., Avtor V.V. Nazvanie stat'i [Title of article]. Nazvanie zhurnala [Title of journal], 2007, vol. 10, no. 2, pp. 3-7 (in Russian).


Papers should be submitted by using EasyChair

To submit a paper, use the EasyChair conference management system.

The authors should indicate the type of the submitted paper (full-research paper, research-in-progress report or industrial paper).
