Proceedings of the Spring/Summer Young Researchers’ Colloquium on Software Engineering (SYRCoSE) are both printed (ISBN 978-5-91474-xxx-x) and published online (ISSN 2311-7230). Each issue is composed of the papers chosen for presentation at the SYRCoSE colloquium and may also include the papers of the Invited Speakers. Papers for publication are selected by Program Committee (which is also the editorial board of the Proceedings) using single-blind peer reviewing (reviewers names are hidden from authors; each paper is reviewed by at least 3 reviewers). Since 2015, selected papers of SYRCoSE are published in ‘Proceedings of ISP RAS’, a peer-reviewed journal included into the list of periodicals recommended for publishing doctoral research results by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Russian Federation.

All issues of the Proceedings are available online at CyberLeninka, the Russian scientific electronic library built on the Open Science paradigm. The project is aimed at distribution of knowledge using the Open Access model providing free-of-charge full-text access to electronic scientific publications.
